Voices for Children provided funds for this child to shop for clothes. Please read the GAL's comments:
“He was ecstatic to go and nervous at the same time because he has never been able to go shop for himself. He is very happy to have gone shopping for clothes and he got new shoes and socks and a jacket etc. he said it makes him feel so good that there are good people that care about him he is very thankful.”
