You have an opportunity to help Voices for Children in our support of abused and neglected children in our communities. The needs are great and we are looking for those people with the compassion and willingness to make a difference.
Voices for Children is currently taking applications for board membership. This is a volunteer position requiring attendance at board meetings approximately 10 times per year and participation in activities, events and projects. Board members are able to work from home on many projects. We do conduct and assist with fun and inspiring events and board members are expected to attend and participate at times throughout the year.

The club's members prepared 35 baskets for our July auction & dinner, which raised a tremendous amount of money for Voices. We thank each of them for their generosity and their talent.
Peg Donovan was honored at the Hernando GAL office on October 17 with a plaque posted to acknowledge her many efforts on behalf of our children. Peg also secured funds from the Sky Ranch Foundation to initiate our Normalcy Program, which Sky Ranch has continued to fund...
Voices for Children was invited to the recent Hometown Civitan luncheon and were awarded a grant of $1000.00. Our thanks goes to all the members whose activities made this grant possible through their hard work during the year. Funds will be used to support our Tree of Angels project. Again, we thank each of them.
