The children and the Guardian ad Litem program in the 5th Judicial Circuit are losing a warrior. Marcia Hilty has been devoted to seeing that our children receive the best representation to advocate for them, the comforts and necessities they need on a day-to-day basis and assistance with their paths forward. Marcia brought a level of professionalism and she created an atmosphere of teamwork.
We have been most fortunate to work hand in hand with Marcia; she has always been responsive to our concerns and understanding of our decisions. With Marcia’s announcement that she is retiring we feel happiness and joy for her and wish her great adventures. We sincerely hope she knows how much she will be missed.
Providing support to our children for more than 30 years, Voices For Children is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) whose mission is to help provide for the unmet needs of abused, neglected, abandoned, vulnerable or otherwise disadvantaged children in Citrus, Hernando, Lake, Marion and Sumter Counties.
